We always start with the areas that need the most attention—typically kitchens and bathrooms—before moving through the rest of the home.
First-Time Clean
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned within the last month, we require a First-Time Clean. This option gives our crew the extra time needed to work through the checklist thoroughly and bring your home up to our standard.
You can add the First-Time Clean in the Extras section when booking. This helps ensure nothing feels rushed and allows us to deliver the quality we’re known for.
Standard Clean (Ongoing Service)
Once your First-Time Clean is complete, our Standard Clean is ideal for ongoing maintenance. This works best for homes on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule and follows the checklist shown below.
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
Our Move-In / Move-Out Clean is designed to give an empty home a thorough, top-to-bottom clean—whether you’re preparing to move in or getting the space ready for the next family.
To help our team work efficiently, the home must be completely empty at the time of service. Please make sure there are no movers, contractors, or other workers on-site during the cleaning. We’ll also need access to electricity and running water.
If the home is in especially rough shape or hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, we may need to add a First-Time Clean to allow our crew enough time to work through the checklist properly and deliver the quality results we’re known for.
