To ensure the best results, the home must be completely vacant, with electricity and water available, and no movers, contractors, or tradespeople present during the cleaning.
If the home has heavy buildup, neglect, or has not been professionally cleaned recently, additional time may be required to meet MapleLawn’s quality standards. In these cases, we may need to add a Deep Clean service to your cleaning order to allow our cleaners the time needed to complete the work properly.

We do not offer cash refunds for completed cleaning services. Instead, we provide a complimentary re-clean of the affected area when notified within the required timeframe. This allows us to address concerns fairly and consistently while maintaining quality standards.
Re-clean requests must be:
Reported within 24 hours of service
Limited to areas included in the original booking
Accompanied by access to the home
If a re-clean is completed and the issue remains unresolved, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

The majority of our bookings are made online, so we take securing your billing information very, very seriously. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, which has its own 256 security protocol. Additionally, our system does not store your credit card number, only a token that allows us to charge the card when the service is complete.
If something isn’t right, please let us know within 24 hours of your service. We take concerns seriously and will review the issue promptly. When appropriate, we’ll arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected area to make it right.

Yes! Many of our clients are not home during their cleaning. Just be sure to provide clear access instructions during your check out in the notes section (key, lockbox, or entry code) ahead of time so our team can complete the service smoothly.
We understand plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved time and staffing.

Deep carpet or floor treatments (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, refinishing)
Post-construction or renovation cleaning booked through our standard online system
Removal of paint, adhesives, or construction residue
Cleaning inside dishwashers, washing machines, or other internal appliance components
Odor remediation (including smoke, mold, or animal-related odors)
Rodent- or insect-infested properties
Areas that cannot be reached safely with a step stool or extension tools
Light bulbs or fragile fixtures
Thin or delicate mini blinds that may bend or break
Heavy wall staining or marks that may require repainting
Excessive pet hair embedded in upholstery
Moving or lifting heavy items (appliances, large furniture, or equipment)
Rearranging personal belongings, décor, or fragile items
Cleaning while other services are actively being performed in the home (painting, plumbing, construction, etc.)
